Appointment Guidelines

Important Pre-Appointment Information

Please bring your original documents to the appointment, such as your passport, qualifications, resume, and any other relevant papers. If you’re unable to bring them, you can email the documents before the consultation. For phone or online consultations, please make sure to email your documents in advance.

By booking a consultation, you consent to us checking your visa status through VEVO.

If you decide to submit your application on your own and not through our office, we cannot be held responsible for the outcome since the application will not be lodged under the representation of our Registered Migration Agent.

For General Guidance Only

All advice and consultations offered are based on the information available at the time and are meant to serve as general guidance. Immigration rules and policies are subject to change, and results cannot be assured.

Privacy Assurance

All information shared during your consultation will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and handled in line with professional obligations. Policies and procedures may change, and confidentiality practices are always subject to applicable laws.

Accuracy of Information

All advice given during the consultation is based on the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. Any missing or incorrect details may impact the advice provided and the outcome of your application.

Professional Engagement

A consultation does not create an ongoing client relationship. To move forward with a visa application, a formal written agreement (Service Agreement/Costs Agreement) must be signed before any additional services can be provided.

Consultation Fees

A consultation fee must be paid prior to the appointment. To proceed with any further services, the fee is generally non-refundable, regardless of the advice given or the outcome of the consultation.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and current documents and information. We strongly advise against making any irreversible commitments, such as travel, employment, or financial investments, until your visa has been officially granted.

Scope of Consultation

The consultation will address your migration options based on the information provided. Any additional research or document review beyond this may incur extra professional fees.
